About Girl Scout Cookies
Girl Scout cookies are a well known representation of Girl Scouting's leadership development program.Girls take an active role in all parts of the cookie program teaching them how to be business savvy and goal orientated.
All of the cookie revenue goes right back into the community. Girls use funds to support program activities and the rest is used to recruit and train troop leaders, fund camps and activity sites, and sponsor special events and projects.
The next Girl Scout Cookie Sale begins in January 2010.

2. Customers leave cookies with the Girl Scouts: Those customers who do not receive any Girl Scout Cookies, but purchase a package for the Cookie Share Program, do not benefit directly from paying for the cookies.
