It captures defining the troop pathway, your role & responsibility and those that support you, parent/guardian involvement tips and a very helpful checklist for new troop/group leaders which are delivered by the Service Unit (SU) Community Coordinator (CC) or other designated SU team member, a council volunteer facilitator or the Membership Services staff member.
